 ri MacNichol's seminar on Mountain and Canyon Flying is full, and we can’t 
 accommodate any more attendees, so we are going to attempt a Facebook live 
 stream from the hangar where she will be presenting.\n\n\nTo watch the live
  stream on Saturday go to facebook/azpilots.org and look for the live video
  post at the top.\n\n\nThe seminar is scheduled to start at 10am and run ti
 l noon, with a 10 minute break in the middle.\n\n\nAs a reminder to those w

 n\n \n\n\n\n\n\nLori MacNichol owner and founder of McCall Mountain/Ca
 nyon Flying Seminars, a flight school located in McCall, Idaho. This school
  provides an educational introduction to the special type of airmanship ski
 lls and knowledge needed to operate safely in mountains and deep canyons in
  the backcountry terrain.\n\n\nLori learned to fly in McCall, Idaho in 1982
  through her love of fishing. She knew the best fish were in the most remot
 e spots and to get to them, she needed a pilot license. The private pilot l
 icense led to commercial and flight instructor ratings at which point Lori 
 carefully began keeping notes on the unique skills and peculiarities of bac
 kcountry flying. While continuously expanding her experiences working as an
  air taxi pilot and a spotter for the Forest Service, she absorbed invaluab
 le insight to the Idaho wilderness. She added multiengine, seaplane ratings
  and is also qualified as an airline transport pilot.\n\n\nThroughout all o
 f this Lori considers flight instruction to be her true calling in aviation
 . Lori continues to travel and speak at seminars and conventions across the
  country and around the world. She has also provides training courses to ma
 ny advanced specialty groups such as US Air Force “Special Operations Squad
 rons”, US Border Patrol, US Forest Service, and the National Transportation
  Safety Board, and most recently SUSI Airlines in Indonesia.\n\n\nShe is cu
 rrently involved in the nationwide effort to preserve wilderness airstrips,
  and has been invited to speak in Washington, D.C. during Congressional Hea
 rings to provide testimony in favor of preservation. She considers herself 
 blessed to be able to spend every day doing what she loves best. “Teaching
