\n\n\nAdditional Event Information & Ac
knowledgement of Industry Sponsor(s):\nThis event is sponsored and hosted b
y the Local EAA/IMC Club Chapter and the FAA Safety Team.\n\n\nWhat is the
EAA/IMC Club?\n\n\nEAA/IMC Club is the brainchild of Radek Wyrzykowski, Ins
trument and Multi-Engine Instructor. As a flight instructor in Norwood, Mas
sachusetts, Radek developed a volunteer mentor program to help instrument p
ilots improve their proficiency, and they loved it.\n\n\nWhat is the purpos
e of EAA/IMC Club?\n\n\nAt EAA/IMC Club, our aim is to promote instrument f
lying, proficiency, and safety. Along with IFR flying and monthly local mee
tings, we offer a resource-rich website which provides an electronic experi
ence base.\n\n\nOur intent is to create a community of pilots to share info
rmation, provide recognition, foster communications, promote safety and bui
ld proficiency in instrument flying. EAA/IMC Club offer monthly meetings in
which pilots can network and share knowledge and experiences.\n\n\nDo you
need to bring anything?\n\n\nFirst, bring your thoughts or story and be wil
ling to share them with the group. This meeting is very interactive. Partic
ipation by the group is a fundamental element to the EAA/IMC Club meeting.\
n\n\nOthers have found it helpful to bring along a copy of their flight man
ual, GPS manual, and charts. If you navigate with an iPad, bring it along.\
n\n\nWho can attend?\n\n\nYou don't need an instrument rating to attend. Th
is meeting is open to all current, non-current, and future instrument pilot
s.\n\n\nFor more information about the EAA/IMC Club, please visit http://ww
w.eaa.org/imcclub\n\n\nEqual Access Information:\nThe FAA Safety Team (FAAS
Team) is committed to providing equal access to this meeting/event for all
