9/12/16 Update: 

Just an update regarding next Saturday’s Breakfast Club Event to Bisbee (P04).  Arrive by 0900 and come-up on 123.45 while in route.  We have arranged transportation to and from the airport at a cost of about $7.50 RT based on 11-12 participants.  Fuel is self serve @ 4.75 a gallon.  Access to the pilot lounge and restrooms is 122.8.  We will be dinning at the Bisbee Breakfast Club since the Copper Queen no longer serves breakfast (go figure).  If you want to extend your stay and enjoy some of the local attractions, you will need to make arrangements with the taxi service.  At this time, the weather is looking just fine.

We are in the final planning stages for our weekend event to Bisbee on the 17^th & 18^th of September.  The plans for now are: book accommodations at the Copper Queen Hotel, and breakfast at the Bisbee Breakfast Club.  There are numerous attractions in old town that do not require additional transportation once in town.  We also are getting info regarding the shuttle to breakfast and then to the hotel to drop-off our gear so that we can enjoy the local attractions.  So, with that said, I/we NEED to know how many people would like to STAY the night and also how many people would just like go for the breakfast only.  Since this is only a month away, we need to know ASAP.  Over the years, the Breakfast Club had done a lot of trips to Bisbee making it one of the favorite destinations.  We will contact the hotel to get the room rates and room availability and pass that on to you.  You will be responsible for making your own hotel reservations and deposits.
